Course Placement Chemistry Placement Test   All students planning to take General Chemistry I (CH 131) and who have not passed Fundamentals of Chemistry (CH 100) must take the Chemistry Placement Test. A score of 35 or higher is required, or else the student must take CH 100. No fee is charged. Students should bring a calculator to the test.   The test is administered by the Chemistry Department at times announced during registration for each term.
