Repeating a Course
Student may repeat a course which has been failed or passed with a grade of "D"
Student who has a grade of "C" or higher may repeat the course with approval of the appropriate academic dean
A repeated course may be counted only once toward graduation
All grades and hours are recorded on the student's transcript and are counted in determining quality points and cumulative GPA at USA
 
Auditing a Course
Students may choose to audit a course rather than take it for credit
The same amount of tuition is charged when a course is audited
An "AU" is assigned at the end of the term, or a "UA" for unsatisfactory audit if the student did not meet attendance requirements
 
EH 101 and 102 - EH 101 and 102 at USA are graded "A", "B", "C", or "U". Therefore, grades of "D" for English Composition I and II will not transfer from another institution.
