Academic Status Grade Reports The grade report is available to students through PAWS (Personal Access Web System) by selecting the Academic Transcript. It is not mailed to students.   Advisors may view the academic transcript of only their advisees through PAWS. Otherwise, they must have the student's PIN code to access the academic transcript.   Advisors with access to Native Banner may view SHACRSE, Course Summary Form, for USA work and SHATRNS, Transfer Course Form, with the Option to Transfer Course Detail, for accepted transfer credit.
