Registration Transient Approval   • Must get prior approval from the advisor, department chair, and dean of the college to take courses at another institution • Transient approval form lists the courses to be taken and the USA equivalent courses, the other college to be attended, and states that the student is in good standing at USA (eligible to return) • Student must have an official transcript sent to the USA Registrar after completion of the courses for the work to be added to the USA transcript • No transient approval is required if student is not enrolled at USA for two or more consecutive terms
