USA Alumni Email Accounts
   
 
The University of South Alabama offers its alumni forward-only email accounts. This service is provided to alumni who wish to have an email account that identifies them as part of the USA Family.
   
  Forward-only Account
   
 
Your USA Alumni email account will be a forward-only account. This means that you must have a regular email account on some other email system. This can be either through your Internet Service Provider, one of the free email services on the internet, through your job if your employer permits. Once the request process is complete you will have a USA email address to which mail can be sent. That mail will then be routed to your regular email address.
   
  How the request process works
   
  This is a quick overview of how the request process works:
   
 
You provide us with some information to identify you as an alumnus, the address where you want your mail forwarded, and your name as you would like it to appear on the email account.
A confirmation email is sent to the address which was given.
You check your regular email account and click on the link provided in the confirmation email.
Your request is reviewed and approved by the Office of Alumni Affairs.
Your USA Alumni Email account is created.
A welcome email is sent to your new USA email address which is automatically forwarded to your regular email account.
