My name is Zachary Fulmer. I am the 2009-2010 President of the University of South Alabama’s American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE) Student Chapter. Each year a handful of our top engineering students attend an annual conference to compete against other rivalry universities. This conference consists of various competitions in order to cover the broad range of sub-disciplines within the field of Civil Engineering. Our ASCE Student Chapter has worked hard the past several years obtaining high rankings in all three of the major events at recent conferences. We have taken pride in the fact that a school of our size has not only competed but has been very completive in every event the past four years.
