with the operations of a fully operational research
center, including inservice and management training,
consulting, sponsored research organizational
assessments, strategic and program planning, operations,
program evaluation, intergovernmental fiscal processes
including the search for funding, and grant writing.
Research assignments will include basic research
design, survey and focus group instrument development,
administration of surveys, handling focus groups,
curriculum preparation and administration, data
manipulation and analysis, and report writing.
