Goals & Purposes
to affirm
diversity
to find common ground
to initiate a commitment to end discrimination from faculty, staff and students
to work together to promote a positive attitude toward difference
to learn from each other about how to be more sensitive to difference
to learn to respect and appreciate the differences among us
How Do We Accomplish This?
We do this
through various workshops, lectures, interactive role-playing activities, simulations,
and a newletter. We have monthly meetings and welcome visitors and their ideas.
We are prepared to discuss many topics, like those in the following list. For
more information, or if you have specific questions, please call us. One of
our group members would be glad to talk to you.
