Kappa Delta

Kappa Delta began in Farmville, VA in 1897 and has grown into a promise of loyalty and friendship. In Kappa Delta, we have a motto which come first and foremost in our lives; it is "Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest." The Sisters of Kappa Delta participate in all other Greek functions throughout the year winning many of them such as Chi Omega Songfest and Alpha Gam kick ball tournament, and placing in many others. We raise money for our national philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America, through our Shamrock Project. We also work closely with area Girl Scout troops with various parties. We hold our sisterhood high and love participating in Intramurals, going to swaps, as well as our date parties and our annual Emerald Ball.
