Optional Field Trips

There are any number of other places that I would be delighted to take you that would inform your view of the monarchy, the constitution and the people. The following list of “optional field trips” is a list of places that we might visit. The London Transport passes and Brit Rail passes that all program participants have provide a remarkable freedom for travelling in London and around Britain. I would be happy to take you to some of these places, you may want to visit them on your own, and, what is more likely, you will find your own list of places to visit. Evidences of the monarchy are everywhere, from church services to tabloids, from historic palaces to films and fiction. The object is to be aware of them and to find meaning therein.
