Project Partners from the University of South Alabama and three local community colleges- Coastal Alabama Community College, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and Bishop State Community College, met on the campus of the University of South Alabama, Thursday, August 31, 2017, to formerly launch the Collaborative Opportunity Grant project.
