Instructions for using the order form:
- enter your name in the first block.
- enter the date you want your cells seeded in the second block, If you need cells to be seeded on multiple dates, please use separate forms for each date.
- # of dishes: indicate the number of dishes you want seeded. Multiple dishes/cell types may be ordered on the same form.
- dish type: indicate which dish type you want (e.g. 35 mm, T-75, 24-well plate, etc). NOTE: specialty dishes (e.g. ECIS arrays, Transwells) must be supplied by the PI's lab before seeding date.
- species: (e.g. rat). Please check for availability BEFORE ordering. Refer to the "in culture this week" news item on the home page.
- cell type: indicate the type of cell you want seeded (e.g. PAECs, AECs, PMVECs, etc). Please check for availability BEFORE ordering. Refer to the "in culture this week" news item on the home page.
- cover slip/size: if you want cover slips please write YES in the box and indicate the size needed (12, 15, or 25 mm).
- cell density: please indicate the number of cells that you want seeded either in number of cells/mL OR number of cells/dish. If you do not enter number of cells/mL, we will assume that you meant for your cells to be seeded as number of cells/dish.
