- Telling them how they will be evaluated.
- Summarizing and extending the lesson.
In WebQuests the learners are:
- Given tasks and opportunities.
- Given information resources and support.
- Encouraged to construct their own version of the content, subject to revision through feedback.
- Allowed multiple paths through the lesson.
- Encouraged to collaborate with other learners.
- Suggested to acquire the information needed from several sources.
