Technology-Based Instruction II

IMPLEMENTATION  PLAN
What is it?
In this course, we are going to make an instructional module.  In order to ensure that the module is implemented and actually used, we are going to examine the 8 factors that facilitate implementation developed by Donald Ely.
What goes in it?
This assignment begins with an overview of your product.  This is followed by a description of who will use the product and why.  This is followed by a description of how and where the product will actually be used.  The main body of the plan includes a discussion of Ely's Conditions.  For each of Ely's 8 Conditions, your plan should do two things 1) Operationally Define the Condition for your Situation and 2) Discuss Whether this Condition Will Facilitate or Impede the Implementation of your Module.  For every condition that you believe will impede the implementation of your module, you should have a strategy for improving the condition.
