This is another really important activity. Everyone has to
be sure exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and who
is responsible for making it happen. Every member of the team has
to understand the plan and "buy into" the plan. Two important considerations:
First, the list of activities has to be complete and has to add up to all
the deliverables. Second, the tasks assigned to each team member
have to match their skills and have to be fairly equivalent - no one person
should be doing most of the work.
