What is it?
It's important to think about the costs and benefits of any instructional product.  Both the developers and the users have to consider the costs and benefits of the product.
What goes in it?
This assignment contains 6 things
  1. A discussion of the cost / benefit analysis from the developer's perspective (using multiple assumptions)
  2. A discussion of the cost / benefit analysis from the user's perspective (using multiple assumptions)
  3. A discussion of the pay off period from the developer's perspective (using multiple assumptions)
  4. A discussion of the pay off period from the user's perspective (using multiple assumptions)
  5. A Return on Investment Calculation and discussion for the developer (using multiple assumptions)
  6. A Return on Investment Calculation and discussion for the user (using multiple assumptions)
When is it due?

75 points out of 1000 for the course
7.5% of the final grade
How will it be graded?
  1. Was the assignment turned in on time?
  2. Was the assignment completed in a highly professional manner?

You are, in all likelihood, going to have to use fictional data when completing this assignment.
