The University of South Alabama invites applications for the Director of its Center for Integrative Studies in STEM. A joint venture among the Colleges of Education, Arts & Sciences, and Engineering, CISSTEM promotes action research and innovative approaches to understanding learning in mathematics and science and the integration of educational practices in the teaching of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Applicants must have an earned doctorate and be eligible for appointment to the faculty in the College of Education at a rank commensurate with previous experience and qualifications in math and/or science education or one of the STEM disciplines.
