  Biographical Information  

Dr. Upton was raised in Virginia and spent 15 years working as a school counselor and a guidance department chair in Virginia. Additionally, she has worked as an adjunct professor teaching in Old Dominion University's school counseling master's program. She is passionate about the school counseling field and counselor professional identity. She is married with four children and two yellow labs.
