All activities will be at the USA Main Campus in the Jag Gym

Thursday, March 15, 2018:

  • 5:30-7:30 p.m. Early registration for anyone interested in setting up their project before Friday

Friday, March 16, 2018

  • 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. Registration, student project set-up and certification
  • 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Tour of Allied Health, Life Sciences, & Engineering for students interested (tentative)
    • Must have notated tour interest and location on Information Form
    • After Registration: Students, Parents, and Teachers gather in bleachers for MRSEF Welcome
  • 10:30 a.m. Welcome to MRSEF! (All students should be seated in bleachers)
    • After Welcome: Students go stand by their posters, all other guests must leave Jag Gym
  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. All students stand by their projects for interviews with judges (Parents and teachers will not be permitted to enter the Jag Gym during judging)
  • 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Teacher Training Session: All teachers are welcome to attend this training session on rules, forms, pre-approvals and other science-fair related topics
  • 12:30 p.m. Jag Gym closes for final judging
  • 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Judges' luncheon and final poster review

  • 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Jag Gym open to public
      (Students are encouraged to pick up their posters during this time)

Saturday, March 17, 2018

  • 8:30 a.m. Jag Gym opens for poster pickup
  • 9:30 a.m. Senior Division Awards
  • 10:30 a.m. Junior Division Awards

 

Posters should be picked up by Saturday morning.  They will be removed from the gym as soon as the Award Ceremony is complete.  The university is not responsible for posters/equipment left at the Jag Gym.
