Paul McGowan explains what COC is and what it did.
Staci Balsan – explains her role in the old organization

Andrea Agnew- Director, Office of Special Student Services

3:40 -Old Business

• By agreement of Staci Balsan, former President and Paul McGowan, former VP all COC accounts were closed on June 23, 2006

3:43 – New Business

• Motion for a vote to continue COC
• The Motion was seconded and passed by all present
• Motion to Vote on Dues
• Motion is tabled by request of Jimmy Beason until SGA funding can be researched.

4:06 - Duties of the EC explained

4: 12 - Call for Nominees for  President, VP, and Financial Director

• Nominees: Paul McGowan for President, AJ Author for VP, and Pandy Kenseler for Financial Director.

• All nominees accept positions (there was no vote and voting for the 5th  is canceled)

4:25 – Announcements

• Dale McKiven calls for Evacuation Chairs in all stairwells and brings up the current fire evacuation policy
• Physical Barrier on the Campus we will be tackling: Elevators, automatic doors, sidewalk cut-downs, USA website 508 compliance, call button height on elevators, sidewalk repair and new sidewalks.
• Fill our membership forms
• Job Openings at COC: Webmaster, Public relations person
