Concur is a travel and expense management software system designed to automate the travel and expense process. The University of South Alabama has made a very important investment in order to better handle travel and expense management.

New Fiori Theme now active.
When you log in to Concur you will be using the new Fiori visual theme. Functionality remains the same. Only the look has changed.

Concur Training
Concur training sessions are listed in the calendar below. The travel training session usually lasts 1.5 hours while the PCard session usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Currently all Concur training sessions are being conducted via Zoom. To sign up for a training session click the link on the date you wish to attend then click the link to the form to sign up. Please make sure you are signing up for the training you need. We have two different sessions, one for Procurement Card (PCard) and one for Travel. If you need travel training please select a Concur - Travel Training option and if you need PCard training please select a Concur - PCard Training option.
