In Episode 7 of the War & Memory podcast, Martin Parsons, Founder and former Director of the Research Centre for Evacuee and War Child Studies at the University of Reading discusses the myths and reality of the evacuation of British children during WWII. He talks about the lasting trauma suffered by evacuee children and his more recent work with children of contemporary conflicts.
