  Payment Information  
 

Tuition and fees for the University of South Alabama are payable at the beginning of each academic semester on the registration dates shown in the Financial Calendar. Payment of fees is an integral part of the registration process, and no registration is complete until fees are paid. Payments not received by the final payment deadline will result in cancellation of the online registration. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, US Check, or Money Order. Student name and number must be included on checks and money orders to insure timely processing to the student's account. There is a $15 service charge for returned checks.

Students are eligible for a 100% refund during the first week of classes, 50% refund during the second week of classes,  and no refunds after the second week of classes for full term courses.
