Program Educational Objectives
The Chemical Engineering program's objectives are to produce graduates who during their first few years after college:
- Can work in an environment that requires problem-solving skills, often utilizing a team-based approach.
- Can apply technical knowledge that is fundamental to the practice of chemical engineering, using techniques, skills and modern engineering tools as appropriate.
- Can function especially well as a chemical engineer in chemical and process industries.
