The Instrumentation - Controls - Microprocessor laboratory is an under- graduate laboratory used for teaching basic instrumentation,  automatic controls and microprocessor applications in mechanical engineering.

The laboratory contains eight movable workstations each of which contain: digital computer with sixteen analog to digital and eight digital to analog channels, analog board with twenty operational amplifiers and associated equipment, signal generator, oscilloscope, Westinghouse Numa-Logic programmable logic controller.

The laboratory also contains sixteen microprocessors trainers, breadboards, EPROM erase and programmer and circuit components necessary for microprocessor applications.
