MECHANICAL ENGINEERING 
INDUSTRIAL ADVISORY BOARD

In 1999, Dr. Engin and the Mechanical Engineering Department initiated the formation of an Industrial Advisory Board to assist the department in a critical review of the department's plans and goals and providing an important outside source for views of how to improve our program.

Members were nominated by the Department Chair and meet once a year to review the department's progress. Many of the members are alumni of the University of South Alabama and all are active in the engineering profession.

The Advisory Board also includes Dr. David A Nelson, Deptartment Chair and all the current faculty.
