- Provides "in-house" design services to include preliminary planning and programming, design and construction documents.
- Facilitates compliance with the University Master Plan and all Design and Construction Standards.
- Is responsible for roof maintenance on main campus buildings.
- Provides project management services during the design and construction phases of each project.
- Maintains the construction document archives for all University buildings.
