Consent Forms The University filed the FICA refund claim in January, 2011. No new consent forms are being accepted.
Timing of Refund The IRS has started to make payments to schools in the "test group" (not including USA). Once all transactions for the test group have been completed, other payments will follow. The IRS will not estimate how long this process will take. (Updated February 29, 2012)
Address Changes Refunds will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. If you have an address change prior to receiving your refund, email the address change to residents12@usouthal.edu
