Consent Forms The University filed the FICA refund claim in January, 2011. No new consent forms are being accepted.
Refund Checks All group refund checks have now been received from the IRS. Our goal is to have all individual refund checks to former residents and fellows mailed within 10 business days.
A list of the interest rates paid by the IRS on refunds is available here. (Updated November 15, 2012)
Address Changes Refunds will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. If you have an address change prior to receiving your refund, email the address change to residents12@usouthal.edu
