All University of South Alabama Health & Dental Plan covered dependents are eligible for free seasonal flu vaccine. Drop by any of the four locations, show your USA Health & Dental Plan card, and complete a simple consent form.
Vaccine is available for ages 4 and older. Children less than 4 years of age should consult with their primary care physician.
These walk in clinics are available October 20th through the 22nd, otherwise an appointment will be necessary.
