Temperature requirements during shipment: Specimens should be maintained at a cool temperature (not frozen). During warm weather ship specimens with a refrigerated temperature pack in each box to prevent overheating. (We provide shipping boxes.)

Please call before you ship. For tracking purposes we need to know the specimen type, approximate time of shipment, physician's name, physician's phone number, patient's name, and reason for study.
