1 Includes $200 nonrefundable set up fee in the
event that required samples (i.e.father or child) are not received.
Once all required samples are received, and testing is initialized, NO
refunds will be issued.
2 If the Amniotic sample is used for karyotyping in our Cytogenetics laboratory (at the same time), this fee
will be reduced to $50.
