Dr. Aarati Rao is joining the University Of South Alabama College Of Medicine faculty in the division of pediatric hematology and oncology.

Rao completed her fellowship in pediatric hematology oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. Prior to this, she completed a pediatric residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y., and completed a pediatric oncology fellowship at Louisiana State University, New Orleans, La.
