| University of South Alabama Children's and Women's Hospital has received a $30,000 donation from the Food World-Senior Bowl Charitable Partnership. Since 1996, the hospital has received more than $566,000 from the partnership. The gifts have been used to enhance therapy services, provide computers for the USS Hope treatment center, buy electric motorcars to transport patients and families across campus, renovate the hospital lobby, and buy interactive computers to connect to other children's hospitals nationwide. At the check presentation, from left, are Food World District Manager Keith McCarty, USA Children's and Women's Hospital Assistant Hospital Administrator Carol Druckenmiller and Senior Bowl President and Chief Executive Steve Hale. |
