Faith-based community Critical entry point to African American community Involved in CHA program, many churches have served as locations for baseline assessment and will serve as sentinal locations for measures of effectiveness; involved in ongoing research projects

and LeFlore High Schools		 Provide students for academic pipeline programs; many program participants will be adolescent CHAs; teachers will be recruited as CHAs, involved in pilot programs studying obesity, asthma, and diabetes
