We have been fortunate to develop several productive relationships with organizations both within and outside the EXPORT Center's service area. Some of these partnerships were established prior to the inception of the EXPORT Center, some afterward, but all of them have been productive and rewarding.
We have forged relationships with several faith-based organizations, community action groups, the Literacy Coalition, important safety net health care providers, Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, 100 Black Men of Greater Mobile, Inc., non-profit disease specific organizations like the American Diabetes Association, city governments of Mobile and Pritchard, and many other groups. These partners participate in many of our activities, including health fairs, symposia sponsored by EXPORT and others, research projects, the Community Health Assessment, and health screenings.
Below are tables detailing some of our partnerships along with the ways in which we collaborate.
