The Inaugural Howard Mahan Lecture - January 2001
  

Professor Dan Carter of the University of South Carolina delivers the Inaugural Howard Mahan Lecture on January 30, 2001, at the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center on the USA Main campus. The topic of his lecture was "The Legacy of George Wallace."
