Robert E. Faust, PhD

Hi,

I'm Bob Faust.  I grew up in Miami County, Indiana.  I received my B.S. from Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana and my M.A. from Ball State University in Muncie.  In 2003 I earned my doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  In the fall of 2003, I began teaching at the University of South Alabama in Mobile.

My field is American environmental history with an emphasis on the Gilded Age and Progressive Era.  With that being said, I've also had the good fortune of teaching Western Civilization at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri and now at the University of South Alabama.  I've also taught history classes at the University of Missouri-Columbia and at Westminster College and William Woods College, the latter two in Fulton, Missouri.

Use the information below to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the classes that I'm teaching.
