Receiver/decoder : Is responsible for accepting, decoding, and determining the meaning of messages depending on their communication skills, attitudes, knowledge, social system, culture.

    1. Decoding envelope : understanding within which receiver understand communication (personal outlook, situational dynamics, culture, ideology)
    2. Decoded content : selection of framework for, and achieved understanding of communication (initial impressions, developing comprehension, final understanding of speaker, content and context)
