1. In a web-based presentation on zoology, Dr. John was to show the flow of blood transmission process of the heart. As an instructional designer, how would you help him reduce the cognitive load of this graphic representation?

 a. Show the picture on one page and processes on a separate page
b. Show the picture and the explanation of the processes as text and narration
c. Show an audio representation simultaneously with an animation on how blood transmits through the heart.
d. Show the animation along with the text.
