Team Roster Policy
As team captain, you are responsible for emailing the intramural office your team’s roster prior to your first game. Email us your roster in an Excel document. Scroll down to page 2 and copy the sample Excel table into an Excel file. Fill out the table completely, and attach it to an email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your roster must be submitted and received by the Intramural office and confirmed before your first game. Only players entered on your excel roster will be eligible to play for your team.

Fill out the form found under the Quick links completely in excel. Distinguish Captain’s name with bold type. When signing up multiple teams make sure you include a separate roster for each individual team.
