The Chapter volunteered with Habitat for Humanity at the Cedar Point work site on Saturday, January 24, 2009, in Mobile. The work schedule ran from 8am to 4:00 pm with a lunch break at noon. Click on the photo to the left to view a short video of KDP's assistance.

Decorating a tree for a needy family.

On December 2, 2008, our tree tied for third place in the Jaguar Productions Christmas Tree decorating contest. Some deserving family received our beautifully decorated tree for their holidays!

The Chapter is collecting Box Tops for Education during the spring 2009 semester. The collection box is in the Advising Center, UCOM 3360. Encourage your friends and family to donate their box tops to you for this worthy cause. Each box top is worth 10 cents and can be redeemed for cash or supplies by schools. The Chapter will donate the box tops to a local school at the end of the spring semester. See the link for more information about box tops:
