NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
LABOR’S PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filled with the Department of Labor (for non-Schedule A positions) or with the Department of Homeland Security (for Schedule A positions). This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.
POSITION: Assistant Professor of Spanish, Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures
REQUIREMENTS: PhD in Romance Lang, Spanish, or Linguistics or foreign equivalent education.
JOB DUTIES: Teaching lower and upper division courses in Spanish language, culture, and literature.
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours/week
