A loop theorem/Dehn's lemma for some three-orbifolds

Abstract
The equivariant loop theorem implies the existence of a loop theorem/Dehn's lemma for three-orbifolds that are good (i.e., covered by a three-manifold). We will review the loop theorem for three-manifolds, discuss orbifolds, and then sketch a proof of a loop theorem/Dehn's lemma for any locally-orientable three-orbifold (good or bad) whose singular set is labeled with powers of two.
