Upon successful completion of the refereeing process each author is required to complete the AJMMS copyright transfer form (doc, pdf ).
Reprints are available in multiples of 100. A reprint order form is sent to the authors upon receipt of the final typed copy and scheduling of publication, and must be returned promptly.
