The Southern Regional Algebra Conference is an annual regional research conference that covers all topics in abstract algebra. The 2009 conference will held in Mobile, on the campus of the University of South Alabama, from March 20 - 22.
My area of research is representation theory. In particular, the modular representations of algebraic groups, finite groups of Lie type, and Lie algebras.
