Contact your USA college or academic department to see what USA scholarships may be available.
Many study abroad program providers have scholarship programs for participants on their programs. Check with your proposed program.
Contact the USA Financial Aid office to determine your eligibility and the applicability of any existing USA financial aid.

Institute for International Public Policy Fellowship Program in International Affairs (for under-represented minorities, includes study abroad, internships, summer institutes, degree programs)

ExxonMobil Middle Eastern Scholars Program - for graduate students from the Middle East and North Africa to study in US
U.S. National Commission for UNESCO Laura W. Bush Traveling Fellowship - for US citizens - enrolled in college to conduct brief work in a foreign country related to the mandate of UNESCO - using education, natural sciences, social and human sciences, culture, and/or communication and information to build strong ties among nations.
Center for Global Partnership, Japan Foundation - Supports US-Japan collaborative projects from universities and research institutions that encourage policy-oriented research and dialogue on global issues of common concern
