The online learning laboratory (OLL) is part of University of South Alabama's Center for Teaching and Learning. The OLL is a program dedicated to assisting faculty to develop and improve their online instructional environments whether that is limited to a simple course syllabus or an entirely online course accessed through USA Online, the university's online learning campus.

The mission of the Online Learning Laboratory is to:

Assist university faculty with web-based distance learning activities.

Organize or conduct workshops and other faculty learning opportunities.

bullet

Develop and maintain an active web site with related resources.

bullet

Provide lab facilities for faculty course development.

bullet

Provide limited support by instructional design masters and doctoral assistants.
