Who can get assistance from the OLL?

The OLL is focused upon USA faculty who need help with taking their courses to the web, either using eCollege or eCompanion, or who use web resources to enhance their conventional courses.

Can the OLL help me set up my eCollege course?

Yes.  OLL staff are knowledgeable about technology and pedagogy aspects of setting up a course in eCollege. Typically most questions can be answered by by calling the OLL at 380-2642.  However, tasks that will consume more than an hour of staff time should be scheduled through a call (or email ) to Dr. Dempsey, Director of the OLL, at 380-2641.  There is also an on-line Help Request form for your use.

I need help maintaining my eCollege course. Can the OLL help?

Depending upon staff workloads, the OLL may be able to provide on-going assistance, but this must be approved and scheduled through Dr. Dempsey.  There is also an on-line Help Request form for your use.
