Create
a link to a Web page in a Word document

To
create a link to a Web page in a Microsoft Word document. |

STEP
1
Open
your Web browser and go to the address you want to copy.
|

STEP

With
your mouse, highlight the address.
|
|
|
STEP
3
With
your mouse, hover over the highlighted address and press the
right mouse button and choose Copy as below. and copy the address
Copy the address (URL) to which you want to link.

STEP

Select
the word, phrase, or sentence in your document that you want
to create as the link.
|

STEP
5
On
the Insert menu in Word, click Hyperlink.
|
|
|
STEP
6
In
the box "Type the file or Web page name," paste the
address by pressing CTRL+V.
Click
"OK" and you're done!
