Why has my PIN has been disabled?
You
have five tries when guessing your PIN,
then your PIN will become disabled. Please try to change
this to something you can remember.

Help! I forgot my PIN! |
As
a PAWS user, you can reset your own PIN, provided
you have set up your Security Question and Answer.
Here is what to do if you cannot remember your PIN
Number:
a.
On the PAWS login page (where you enter your JAG Number
and PIN), type your JAG
Number first (you will get an "authorization
Failure" error if you
skip this step!)
b. Click the Forgot PIN? button (located just
below where you enter your
JAG Number and PIN.
c. You will be asked to provide the correct answer
to your security question
d. When you submit the correct security answer, you
must immediately
reset your PIN to a six-digit
number.

I am a faculty member and I tried to use my birthday as
my PIN but it doesnt work.
If
your birthdate was not added into Banner, your PIN will
be set as the last six digits of your JAG number.
4)
How do I pay my tuition online?
Click
on Enter Secure Area
Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
Click on Student Records
Select either Account Summary by Term or Account Summary.
Select the credit card payment link on the bottom
of the page.
The University accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover
payments.
Please enter the credit card type, account number,
expiration date and the amount of the payment on the
Credit Card Payment screen.

How do I register?
Click
on Enter Secure Area
Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
Click on Registration
Click on Register/Drop Classes
Enter courses
Click on Submit Changes
When the screen displays "Web Registered"
beside your classes, you are officially registered
for those classes and your tuition and fees have been
assessed.
Be sure to review your results for any error messages.
6) Help!
It says my PIN has expired.
Your
initial PAWS PIN is your birth date (mmddyy).
As you log in the first time, you will be prompted with
a message that say Your PIN has expired.
Now you will need to create a new 6-digit PIN. This
is the PIN you will use for subsequent logins. All initial
PINS are expired, and first-time users will be forced
to set a new PIN:
- Type your birth date as the old PIN (mmddyy)
- Type a new 6-digit Number for your new PIN
- Type the new 6-digit PIN again for verification.
PINs
are exactly 6-digits - no letters or characters allowed.
And remember, never share your PIN with others!
8) How do I enable my cookies?
To
enable cookies:
Open Internet Brower window
From Tools, choose Internet Options
Choose "Privacy" Lower "Setting" to either "low" or
"accept all cookies"
Click Apply
Click OK
